Bellevue, WA | Fire Prevention Week (Oct. 8-14) to begin in the City of Bellevue afire with lots of great demos powered by the BFD Firefighters on Saturday, October 4, 2014.
All nine Stations will be open to the Public from 1000 – 1600 Hours.
It’s a great time for families to bring kids and those who wish to see the apparatus firefighters use to fight fires and get to know those who protect them and their property.
During Fire Prevention Week, Firefighters will visit area schools and reading at the Library. This is great for kids to get them engaged in various aspects of the fire service and hang with those cool firefighters. We all know Firefighters LOVE Kids!
All are invited to attend the Open House on Saturday, October 4th and it’s a perfect time to see Firefighters in action, doing what they love.
