Luitpold Pharmaceuticals is recalling the product Cyanocobalamin Injeciton, USP (1000 mcg/ml) 1ml vial and is also under the brand name “American Regent”.  The recall began on 4/2/12 is due to a crack can form on the bottom and sides of vial.
