SAN JOAQUIN, CALIF. – A wildfire named the Corral Fire is still burning in the beautiful sunny State of California, which ignited on June 1st at 1439 hours PDT, according to the CAL FIRE website.

The wildfire is burning near the Lawrence Livermore National Lab Site 300, southwest of Tracy.

There have been 14,168 acres burned and firefighters have reached a 92% containment status. Though they are almost at full containment status, it does not necessarily mean that the wildfire has been put out as of yet.

There are 475 total fire personnel along with 45 engines, 16 dozers, 15 water tenders, 14 crews and other 40 other personnel.
