Ground Beef Patties  (March 24, 2012)

Sysco Seattle Inc. recalls boxes of Prime Rib Beef Patties imported from Canada because they may be contaminated with E. coli. The ground beef was sold to Keg Restaurants in Washington and they have been notified to destroy the product.
