ROYAL CITY, Wash. — Police have canceled an AMBER Alert and issued an ‘endangered missing person advisory’ for a Royal City teen. Officials say the girl has a restraining order against the suspect and may be missing her asthma medication.

16-year-old Monica L. Helberg is described as white female, 5-foot-7, 140 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities are looking for 22-year-old Miles L. Moncada, 6-foot-1, 165 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

They may be traveling in a yellow 2010 Ford Focus 4-door with California plates: 7AME520, possibly en route California.
