SUMMARY

Fire broke out on May 7th around 1745 Hours PDT, after a logging helicopter crashed.  The 30-year old female pilot was rescued and was in stable condition in the area’s local hospital.

As of May 13, 2015, at 0700 Hours PDT, Firefighters were able to reach a 95% containment status keep the fire from spreading bringing it to 85 acres burned.

COMMAND

Command has since been turned back over to the Local Forest.

There are currently five personnel on scene and are in mop-up operations.
