An Evacuation | Evacuation Shelter –> Shelter has been set up at the Solid Rock Christian Church, 66 Tule Creek Rd. Hayfork | 5 Fire Engines, 1 Airtanker, 1 Copter, 3 Dozers.

BIG CREEK FIRE | Near Groveland, outside of Yosemite National Park can be seen from Highway 120 |

CHINA FIRE | China Gulch, Happy Vally, located SW of Redding | CALFire – Shasta/Trinity / Administrative unit | Started 7/29/195  | 1755 PDT | 2 fires with total of 212 acres |   Evacuations –> Treat Ave, Fuzzy Lane, Flower Lane,  along roads between Treat Ave & Flower Lane, roads West of Happy Valley Road | Red Cross Shelter —> Anderson High School | Rd Closures –> Happy Valley Rd @ Camp Road, Olinda Road @Happy Valley Rd | 2 minor injuries | Cause is under investigation  Fires are aggressively fighting active fire.

LOWELL FIRE | Start 7/25/15 | 1720 Hours | Steep Hollow drainage, W of Alta in the Nevada/Placer Counties | 6 injuries with firefighters stating their going to be okay/recovering well

  • Evacuation Advisiories:  Steep Hollow Creek Community, from Chalk Bluff Road to Banner Quaker Road and the Buckeye Ridge Community.
  • Closed: Tahoe National Forest is maintaining a forest closure with specified exemptions for the fire area
  • Closed: Evacuation center at First Baptist Church.
  • Closed: Animal Evacuation Center located at Base Camp was closed tonight at 2000 PDT.
  • Road Closures for Nevada County Only: Red Dog Road at Chalk Bluff Road, Red Dog Road at Buckeye Ridge, Banner Quaker at Lower Greenhorn Road, Banner Quaker at Chalk Bluff, & Lowell Hill Road at Mule Spring Road.
  • Road Closures for Placer County Only: Secret Town at Chicago Park Power House Road & Diggin Road at Main Street in Dutch Flat.
  • Injuries:  6. 1 is still recovering for moderate burns, remains in the Hospital.

ROCKY FIRE | near Morgan Valley Road and Rocky Creek Road, east of Lower Lake  in Lake County | Started 7/29/15 at 1529 PDT | CAL FIRE Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit is the Administrative Unit | Still 5% contained | Evacuation Shelter –> Middletown HS, 20932 Big Canyon Rd, Middletown | Animal evacuation center –> Lower Lake Social Services parking lot, 15975 Anderson Ranch Parkway, Lower Lake | Road Closures –>  All mandatory evacuated (listed above) roads and Morgan Valley Road at Hwy 53.
