Incident Summary – A newly reported wildfire called the Brian Head fire is burning in an unknown location in Southern Utah. The fire has reached 20 acres with a 0% containment.
Date Started – The fire was reported on Saturday, June 17, 2017, from an unknown cause.
Road Closures – SR-143 is currently closed from milepost 15 to Parowan.
Evacuations – Residents in the south end of Brian Head are being asked to go to the Brian Head Ski Resort or leave the mountain.
