BISSELL WILDFIRE – STEVENS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
A new wildfire has broken out on Majestic Way in Stevens County on Sunday, July 23, 2017 around 1912 Hours PDT with resources en route at 1915 Hours PDT per DNR’s Fire CAD. NOTE: DNR tweeted about this fire around 2000 Hours PDT that the fire is near an address on Bissel Road.
The fire is currently at 100+ acres and is moving fast. Homes are currently being threatened and evacuations are in effect.
The following resources are en route to the fire line: AA1010F; BC12; FB202 and 206; H344; LT12; NC343, 347 and 61; SE164, 246, 249, 539 and 721.
This includes a helicopter and heavy airtankers en route (per DNR’s tweet).
LEVEL 3 (LEAVE NOW) evacuations are in effect for residents that are in one-mile radius around the address of 3987 Bissell Road (Stevens County) in Hunters, Washington.

Current weather near the fire line are temps of 85*F, RH at 28% with wind speeds of 10 m.p.h. There is a 10-mile visibility.
