The BOULDER RIDGE FIRE is located near Monarch Ridge in Duchesne County and about six miles west of Neola, Utah which was reported this evening.
This is tribal land.
Ground and air resources are currently on the scene.
The fire has burned an estimated 25 acres, which was caused by lightning.
Oil and gas companies have shut in those wells, according to Utah Fire Info.
Mutual Aid response includes those from the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Cedar City Hotshots, and Vegas Valley Type 2 Crew, along with the Neola Volunteer Fire Association, Altamont, Lapoinit, and Rosevelt Fire Departments.
