It is with deepest regret that we inform you that Cancer has claimed another member of Portsmouth Local 1313 for the second time in less than six months. Jeff Bokum was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in December and lost his battle on May 30th.

 

Please keep Jeff, his family, friends and especially his brothers and sisters in Local 1313 & 4039 in your thoughts and prayers.
