It’s been a long two weeks for the family of Navy recruiter, OS1 Nick Guidry, who went missing from downtown Seattle Dec. 3, leaving them with more questions than answers.

As of this afternoon, Nick Guidry has been found and is safe, so hopefully, most of those questions will be answered soon. [December 18, 2013]

Friends of the Guidry family set up a Facebook page to help locate Guidry and to raise funds for his family to aid in their search and with personal finances, since the military had stopped his pay. This evening that Facebook page has been taken down.

On the personal Facebook page of Cherie Guidry:

My Christmas wish has come true! Nick has been found and is safe. I can’t share more than that right now but I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for all of the prayers, support, and love from each and every one of you and Thank GOD as well. It means so much to me and our family. ~Cherie
A personal call to Nick’s wife last week indicated that she did not think that her husband was in Harm’s Way nor had there been any foul play, although there had been a $2,000 withdrawal from their joint funds.

Earlier this week it was learned that neither the FBI nor NCIS were investigating and Seattle Police were not actively working the case.
