The Montana Department of Justice issued a missing and endangered person alert Saturday morning (02/15/2014) for a 7-month-old Helena baby.

According to a DOJ dispatch, Willow Dawn O’Neill, is a white baby with brown hair and blue eyes, and who is 26 inches long and weighs 13 pounds, was taken by her father, Joshua O’Neill, during a disturbance.

Joshua O’Neill is 42-year-old Caucasian male, withbrown hair and blue eyes, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. According to officials, he reportedly does not have the proper means to care for the child. O’Neill and the baby may be in a dark green Pontiac or red Nissan pickup with a white tailgate in the Canyon Ferry, MT area.

Helena Police Department is currently applying for a warrant for Joshua Oneill for criminal endangerment.
