Hummus 2 Go located at the Fremont Sunday Market in Seattle was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 12:35 pm due to the following food safety violations:

  • Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures.
  • Poor personal hygiene practices – not washing hands.
  • Hand washing facilities unavailable.
  • Operating without a valid permit.

The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.
