NEAR PRINEVILLE, OREGON
Incident Summary | A wildfire ignited overnight located on the Crooked River National Grassland on Saturday, July 9th listed at 150 acres with a visible column. It is located approximately 3/4 miles West from MP 14 on Hwy. 26 near Lone Pine Road and 10 miles North of Prineville, Oregon. The fast-moving fire burned up to 1,000 acres within a 4-hour span, which was highly noted by wildfire watchers.
