Firefighters in Manhattan, New York are fighting a 2nd alarm commercial fire in the 200 block of Park Avenue on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

The fire is burning in a 20-story office building with a recently escalation to a 2nd alarm due to the fire in a high voltage room in this high-rise.
