The MOHR FIRE is burning in Slack Canyon, about 18 miles northeast of East Wenatchee, Washington, which ignited from an unknown source on Tuesday, August 8, 2022.
The Incident # is WA-SPD-000307.
About 3,600 acres of grass have been burned already. There is a 0% containment status.
Fire behavior remains moderate.
State mobe resources were approved at 2200 hours last night.

Per the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Level 1 Evacuations are in effect for Wagon Road and Palisades Road from Wagon Road to the Grant County line, due to It is burning in sage, wheat, and grassland and threatening homes and crops.
