The Black Lake Fire is located on Black Lake in Stevens County, Washington State.
WA DNR resources NC25, 7303, and 7307 were dispatched earlier this afternoon at 1624 hours PT. The Incident is #NES-2182.
Resources were on the scene at 1739 hours PT.
This is a fairly newer incident and limited information is available.
ABOUT BLACK LAKE
Black Lake is a 39-acre rec area perfect for fishing and limited boating activities, which is located about 12 miles east of Colville up Gap Creek Road at the 3700-foot elevation.
The area is open to the public from April through October 31st annually.
