A wildfire discovered last night had only an incident number until this morning when it was named the WRIGHT CREEK FIRE after firefighters were able to arrive on the scene of the fire this morning.

It is estimated at less than one acre with a low spread.

There is an unknown containment status at the time of this update but we will provide future updates should the activity increase on this incident.

It is located northeast of Kingman and south of Truxton, Arizona.
