Deez Dogz found in Occidental Park at S Main St & Occidental Ave S, Seattle 98104 was closed twice by a Public Health food inspector on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 5:15 pm and 7:00 pm due to the following food safety violations:

  • Handwashing facilities not working
  • Imminent health hazard: no water available
  • Interference with the health officer
  • Failure to comply with a closure notice

The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.
