1st Cup Caffe located at 1132 23rd Ave, Seattle, was closed by a Public Health food inspector on April 23, 2014 at 10:30 am due to the imminent health hazards of no available restroom and sinks draining into parking lot. The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.
