Firefighters had another successful day with fire suppression and containment lines on the lightning caused fire today.  It originally started on June 9, 2015, approximately 1730 hours PDT.

The fire is located NW of Hyampton and West of Lower South Fork Road, currently burning heavy logging slash, hardwood leaf litter and brush.  Over 1500 acres have been scorched.

There are no structures threatened, nor any current evacations at the time of this posting.
