Fire crews were dispatched around 1939 hours on Sunday, August 21, 2016.
Another wildfire has broken out in Washington but this is located in Franklin County Fire District #1’s territory on SR 260 and Copp Rd, near Kahlotus.
The fire is said to be around 500 acres and growing.
There is a 0% containment status at this time.

There are no reports of any structures or habitat being under threat at this current time.
