Incident Summary

The Old 50 Fire located about 3 miles West of Titusville, Florida on the St. John’s NWR started on September 27th by lightning.

The fire has scorched 855 acres but firefighters have been able to gain a 70% containment status.

There are 21 personnel assigned along with 4 engines.

Cost-to-Date

$5,000.

Fire Status

Firefighters will do burnout operations back to the containment lines on this wind-driven fire.
