Washington State | Old CC Fire

STEVENS COUNTY, Wash. —

Fire is still holding between 15-20 acres with a 0% containment status.

Update 1 – July 18 (Wednesday), 2018 – 1900 hours PDT

A new wildfire is burning in on Old CC / Dunn Mountain in Stevens County about five miles west of Addy in Washinigton State.

The fire is named the #OLDCCFIRE.

It has scorched between 15- 20 acres grass, brush, timber and slash.

This new wildfire is burning in on Old CC / Dunn Mountain in Stevens County about five miles west of Addy in Washinigton State. were originally dispatched on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 1658 hours PDT.

The original fire assets dispatched per the CAD are AA 444TS E 12 E 561 FB 202 FB 206 FB 245 HT 42 HT 43 LOA 15 NC 326 NC 347 NC 40+Crew NC 41+Crew NC 61 NC 62.

Currently, there  are ground resources and an AA that is directing water drops from two Fire Bosses and a helicopter.  A third Fire Boss is en route.

The NWICC reports there are currently on-scene resources that include three crews, eight engines and six overhead units on-scene.

WA DNR states they have deployed a 10-person crew along with two inmate crews, one helicopter, three fire bosses and two engines.   Most had arrived at 1800 hours this evening.

Six additional engines are / will be en route shortly.

No homes are currently under direct threat.
