Olympia FD Responds to 3-Alarm Fire

OLYMPIA, Washington – Firefighters were dispatched to a working commercial building fire located in the 300 block of Capitol Way, in the downtown corridor. Due to the extreme fire conditions, the fire would be escalated to a 3-Alarm response.

Olympia Fire is operating at a large commercial fire downtown at 302 Capitol Way N, The fire started in a 5 story building that was under construction and spread to 3 other buildings. More information will be released soon. pic.twitter.com/erAvaA5XyH

The cause has not been released but it was deemed to have impacted the 200-300 blocks of Capitol Way. We have reached out to the Olympia Fire Department to see if they have determined a cause of this dangerous inferno.
