Incident Summary
On Sunday, June 12, 2022, the Carbon County area in Montana was instantly impacted by heavy rains, which caused significant and damaging flooding. Roads and bridges have been washed out, prompting mandatory evacuations for the towns of Red Lodge, Fromberg, and Belfry.
Rescues, Evacuations
Multiple rescues and evacuation operations took place today by 2 Bear Air and MT National Guard which consisted of seven helicopters.

A BOIL WATER ADVISORY is in effect.
About 50 total personnel are assigned to this incident.
