BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A fire ignited from an unknown source inside a commercial building in the 1300 block of Bridgewater Raod in Bensalem Township, PA,

The fire in building call occurred on Saturday, December 10, 2022, when Croydon Volunteer Fire Company firefighters were dispatched around 0928 hours to assist the Bensalem Fire Rescue resources already on the scene of the working structure fire.

Fire officials say the fire was challenging due to the heavy fire load of paper products inside the commercial building, which eventually escalated to a 2nd-alarm incident.

One BFR firefighter was injured from falling from a 25′ ladder. He was transported and is said to be still hospitalized in stable condition.

Both FIU and ATF are investigating this fire.
