Solid Waste

King County: Solid Waste facilities are all closed today due to icy road conditions. Weather permitting, they are expecting to reopen on Saturday. Updates: kingcounty.gov/solid-waste

TRANSPORTATION

Airports

SeaTac: They currently have runway (16L) and adjoining taxiways clear. Snow crews continue to de-ice and keep things safe for planes and passengers. (12/23/2022 1125PT)

Bus Service

King County Metro: All Metro service has been suspended due to ice. According to the agency, they state temps are still to frosty until mid-day. KCMetro will be releasing an update at 1400 hours. We will also provide the next update on our hour Sit Rep.

Roadways

King County Road Services – report flooded roadways to the agency by calling 206-477-4100, 24/7.
