A wildfire named the Rider Fire was determined to have started at 1243 hours this afternoon in the 19900 block of Seaton Avenue in Mead Valley (Riverside County), California.

Incident Cooperators include CAL FIRE / Riverside County Fire Department.

The fire was held to 32 acres and has a 100% containment status.

Resources will remain overnight for mop-up and fire watch.
