A wildfire located off of Raindance Road in Walla Walla County, Washington broke out from an unknown ignition and prompted local, and county resources to be dispatched through the WA-Central Washington Communications Center around 1328 hours this afternoon.

The Incident # is WAWWLN-488.

CURRENT STATUS

About 40 acres have been burned. Containment status is unknown at this time. Limited information at this time.

BURN BANS IN EFFECT

A current burn ban is in effect starting July 17, 2023, through September 5, 2023, for Walla Walla / Columbia Fire District #2.
