DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (USA) – Firefighters with DC Fire and EMS responded to a working fire located in the 700 block of Rock Creek Church Road NW, on Saturday night.

Flames were visible and smoke was seen of a fire originally on the second floor that would soon extend to the third floor of a middle-row dwelling. The fire would quickly extend to the third fire.

One victim was located.

The fire was brought under control for about one hour on the incident clock.

REHAB volunteers responded to the scene to provide rehydration, replenishment snacks, and warm drinks. This is always great to see them on a cold night and know these men and women with the Fire Service greatly appreciate them.

Fire investigators are on the scene and investigating the cause of the fire.
