Fire Event | Era of Megafires | Cle Elum, Washington



A Multimedia Digital Video Presentation

Kittitas Fire Adapted Communities Coalition and The Nature Conservacy in Washington – Central Cascades Forest are host to this great fire event to be held in Cle Elum, Washington.

The event will be held on Thursday, June 27th at 1800 hours PDT (6pm) to 2000 hours PDT (8pm) at the Swauk Teanaway Grange #984.  It is located at 1361 W. Ballard Hill Road in Cle Elum, Washington State 98922.

This is a FREE event and open to all.  It is sponsored by the Washington Department of Resources (WA DNR) Landowner Assistance Program.

The presentation is said to discuss the increased firestorms, or destructive megafires well over 100,000 acres and how they impact our personal and business lives.   Learn about ways to be prepared, the research and the visual storytelling from the award-winning film company, NORTH 40 PRODUCTIONS.
