Anjappar Chettinad located at 14625 NE 24th St, Bellevue, WA 98007 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 4:30 pm due to the following food safety violations:

  • Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures
  • Improper cooling of potentially hazardous foods
  • Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food: hot and cold holding
  • Handwashing facilities unavailable
  • Imminent health hazard: breakdown of walk-in cooler resulting in inability to maintain potentially hazardous foods at safe temperatures

The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.
