Big Boys Filipino Food Truck was found to be operating in the Eastgate area of Bellevue [WA] in violation of its closure status from the day before and was closed again on October 16, 2014 at 12:30 pm with the added violations to their report as follows:

  • Operations, facilities, or equipment in the food establishment fail to comply with the King County Food Code
  • Failure to submit plans or receive approval for plans as required by the Health Department
  • Failure to submit a permit application or receive Health Department approval for a permit application
  • Failure to pay a permit fee or any other applicable fee required by the Health Department
