Public Health Shuts Down Illegal Food Business on Roadside is Unnamed

Renton, Washington | A King County Public Health Inspector shut down an unnamed food business operating on SR 900 and 148th Avenue on December 19, 2014, at 1600 hours, without having a valid business license. The reason for no name listed in the report is because there was no visible food business name listed on the vehicle.

The King County Public Health Department released this statement, “f the food business operator wishes to continue this type of operation, she will need to complete all of the requirements to obtain a mobile food establishment permit as described at http://1.usa.gov/1vhjPQu.”

At this time of this post, the food business still has not secured the proper permits or been approved by the King County Public Health Department to reopen their business as a mobile food truck.
