West of Fortuna, CA | Scanner feed is reporting two persons trapped in a tree, mid-river on the swollen Eel River just West of Fortuna, California.

Fortuna Fire and the Sheriff’s Office is reportedly on scene.  An U.S. Coast Guard helo is airborne with an approximate arrival time of 20 minutes.
