Portland (Multnomah County), Oregon
Earlier this morning on December 17, 2016, a vehicle was stolen with an infant inside.
The vehicle and the baby have been located as of 0215 PST. Medical aid was rolling for the baby and officers were no longer needed to located the 2015 Kia Rio sedan. Condition of the baby was unknown.
Tactics
Person of interest was seen in the area when Officers were searching for the vehicle.
