DILLARD FIRE
A wildfire is burning off of Fig Road in Sacramento County, California named the DILLARD FIRE that started on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
A second fire response for another wildfire in the Sloughhouse area broke out short thereafter.
It is currently burning on both sides of the Consumnes River, in the southern part of the County after jumping one side of the river.

Lead Agency: Wilton Fire Protection District.
Fire Weather: RED FLAG WARNING until 0800 on Monday. Metro Fire of Sacramento would like to remind those not to use blade mowers/trimmers, to check your trailer chains (can cause sparks) and no open flames near any brush.
We are asking for an update from the IC PIO for acreages, containment status and further information. Limited details about this wildfire. – Ed.
