UPDATE 1 — JULY 5, 2021 — MONDAY — 2100 PT

Sutherlin, OREGON — A wildfire ignited on July 5, 2021, which prompted fire personnel and assets to be dispatched through the Roseburg Interagency Communications Center at 1701 PT this evening. The fire incident is located at Hwy 138 at Mile Marker 41/42.

About 500 acres have been scorched.

There is limited information on this wildfire, though it is making big news due to the size of the fire.
