Today, the fire has been pinpointed to its more exact location in the Lower Crab Creek area. BATT 804, E865 are currently assigned to this incident. About 1.53 acres have been destroyed. This is an open and active scene.

Update 1 – August 16, 2021

What started out as a smoke check in Crab Creek are at 1915 hours PT on Monday, August 16, 2021, would convert over to an active wildfire. Resources BATT-610, BATT-804, E-1642, E842, and E865 dispatched.
