Monday Update | September 6, 2021

The lightning caused wildfire, the PINCER CREEK FIRE ignited on August 3, 2021, as one of several smaller fires burning on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

It is located 18 air miles east of the Marblemount community in the Glacier Peak Wilderness and burning in the old burn scar of the 2003 Mineral Park Fire.

There are currently four personnel staffing this incident.

About 980 acres of brush, timber, heavy dead and down debris have been scorched.
