PatRick Environmental Inc. started its journey in wildland forest fire suppression activities back in the year of 1972, where they sent back then and forward, emergency service crews, engines and tenders to incidents, such as mainly wildfire incidents and additionally to hurricane hard-hit areas. They are a private contractor and respond to any area nationwide. They currently have five bases in the States of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and North Carolina.

PatRick is a local northwest large wildfire contractor which is located in its own 15,600-square-foot building which is home to its offices, maintenance shop, and six engine bays. They have about 20-full time employees which also include an overhead management team, account receivabel, payroll, fleet management, ASE certified mechanic, dispatchers, radio technician, facilities management, fire cache manager, as well as full-time crew bosses.

This unique and highly skilled contractor has a 100-plus call-out list of personnel, that are at the ready and can respond within a short amount of time responding 24/7/365. Their personnel cache consists of four Type-2 hand crews, seven Type-6 engines, two water tenders, and numerous support vehicles. Additional personnel and equipment are located at their other locations.
