The State of California has repositioned multiple resources for an impending wind event due to the impact of the extreme fire weather-prone areas being hit hardest. Here is a list of areas that may see an influx of CAL FIRE personnel, equipment, and other types of resources:

These resources will support local firefighting efforts in the Counties of Los Angeles, Ventura and San Diego.

The wind event is most likely due to occur sometime in the afternoon on Tuesday and into Wednesday. We will try to provide coverage but it may be delayed.
