Oasis Tea Zone located at 519 6th Ave S, Seattle 98104 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 10:30 am due to the following food safety violations:

  • Handwashing facilities not working
  • Failure to correct repeated violations

The establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.
