Firefighters from the Valley Regional Fire Authority were dispatched this evening around 2117 hours PT to a commercial structure fire located at the Garden Apartments located in the 1400 block of 17th Street SE in Auburn (King County), Washington.

Original units dispatched were L364, E332, E331, E333, A332, B362 and B331 would soon have some of the downgraded and back in service, except for E332 and E333, B331.

It appears the fire was put out by the occupant and firefighters were busy venting the smoke from the room.

A Fire Investigator was requested to respond to the scene. The cause is under investigation.
