KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON – About 20 units from multiple fire agencies including the Skyway FD, Puget Sound Fire, Renton RFA, and Medics with King County Medic 1, as well as Zone 3 REHAB responded this afternoon to a second alarm residential structure fire June 5, 2023.
Zone 3 PIO is handling the PIO duties for this incident and will be on the scene for any media outlets.
The fire occurred in the 12600 block of 57th Avenue South in Seattle, Washington State.
The first due unit arrived on the scene of a commercial multi-unit two-story condominium structure already ablaze, which was within 3.5 minutes after the initial dispatched call.
Two adults were reported in stable condition and transported to a nearby hospital.
The Red Cross is also assisting an unknown number of displaced residents with their needs.

Firefighters will be out of service on the fire ground until all of the hot spots and overhaul operations are complete and it has been cooled.
The cause is unknown and is being investigated by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
