A new wildfire has come to life in the area of DeGarmo Canyon near Hart Mountain northeast of Plush on the Sheldon Hart Fish and Wildlife Refuge in Oregon.

The fire is estimated at about 50 acres with a 0% containment status.

Fire Officials state multiple fire resources are responding including six engines, 1 air attack, 1 copter, and 6 SEATs.
