CURRENT STATUS

The LINE FIRE ignited from arson on September 5, 2024, at 1833 hours located on Baseline and Alpine Streets in Highline (San Bernardino County), California.

Today, the wildfire has burned about 43,251 acres and has an 80% containment status achieved.

UNIFIED COMMAND

The fire is under the management of a CAIIMT, Team 11 with several agencies in Unified Command, which consist of San Bernardino National Forest, CAL FIRE, and San Bernardino County Fire Department.

RESOURCES

There are about 1,176 personnel along with 10 helicopters, 69 engines, 14 bulldozers, 10 water tenders, 22 crews, and 42 other resources assigned.
