GLENHAVEN FIRE

Sit Rep: Saturday, October 5, 2024, 1215 hours PT

The GLENHAVEN FIRE ignited from an unknown cause on October 4, 2024, at 1137 hours PT. It is located on Hillcrest Drive and Henderson Drive in Glenhaven, California.

The fire is in Unified Command with CAL F”IRE Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit, CHP, Lake County SO, Northshore FPD, and CalTrans. There is no IMT assigned to this incident.

Evacuation Shelter: Twin Pine Casino, 22223 S. State Hwy 29, Middleton, CA.

The fire progression was stopped on Friday evening at 2150 hours PT. Last night’s resources included 34 engines, (4) hand crews, and (2) bulldozers, alongside (2) Type 1 helicopters. CAL FIRE is showing there are now (today’s operations) a total of 315 fire personnel, 30 engines, (7) bulldozers, 15 water tenders and 20 crews.

Two structures have been destroyed.
